Toyo Tires Australia have extended their commitment to developing young talent in community sports in line with their ‘In Support of Sport’ program, working with the Sydney Sixers ahead of the 2022/23 Big Bash League season on a series of Toyo Tires Junior Super Clinics throughout New South Wales.
Several Sixers players including Big Bash League’s Kurtis Patterson and Women’s Big Bash League’s Maitlan Brown conducted the first Super Clinic in Coffs Harbour on Sunday 28th August, putting over 100 local cricket enthusiasts through their paces and honing their skills.
The clinics are designed to be a fun way to make cricket accessible to first-timers, as well as refine the skills of those at the start of their cricket journey, and are ideal for young cricket fans aged between 5-12 years old.
The Toyo Tires Junior Super Clinics will continue throughout the season, at the following venues:
● Tuesday 25 October 2022 – TBC, Hunter Region
● Tuesday 10 January 2023 – Hassle Park, St Ives
● Friday 13 January 2023 – Solander Fields, Woolooware
● Thursday 19 January 2023 – Coogee Oval
